Right, but I think we want to distribute it.

Well also GNOME is allowed to do that according to the Free Software
Fondation and KDE isn't, but that is another issue...

Anyway, if it's a different process which a kioslave is, there is definitely 
no problem. But people still have to fetch the library from Lotus and compile 
the kioslave theirselves.
