I'm having problems with citing references from a BibTeX database. I can
include the database and cite the references fine, but when I create a
preveiw, or print my document, all the references come out as [?].

If I load the document into Lyx (v. 1.1.5fix2) it prints and previews
perfectly.  Maybe Klyx is not initiating enough LaTeX runs?  Is there an
easy way to fix this?
