Hello,

I have one problem with klyx footnotes. 

The footnotes on the first (title) page are nut numbered. Instead star and
cross signs are applied. The arabic numbers start on the next page. I am using
the article class.

It is extremely important to use arabic numbers in my article throughout. I have
seen that the footnotes on the title page are expanded in the .tex output to
\thanks{} rather than to \footnote{}. I have then placed a footnote in the .tex
manually but it does not help.
