Inspired by RazZziel's code I've ported the following commands into python

- klik register myapp.cmg
- klik unregister myapp.cmg

These commands create menu items using xdg commands and a little bit of magic
All the desktop files inside of a cmg are registered... so every
application in Ooo.cmg would be on the menu. These commands are NOT
meant to be run by users.. there for the daemon.

If there are no desktop files.. a dummy desktop file is created that
launches the recipe specified application and uses the cmg icon.

The dummy desktop needs a bit of work to specify menu category by
debtags, as at the moment they appear under 'Other'.

At the moment mimetype's are not installed but existing mimetypes can
be referenced by the desktop files.

Also this code should make the multiple applications in a single cmg
easy to complete

Now if RazZziel can tweak the daemon to use these commands we can have
a cool 'optional' OSX like Applications folder.

Later All

Jason Taylor
