As above, with icon highlighting enabled, when "Show hidden files" is first selected, \
all hidden files' (.*) icons appear at normal intensity (like normal files)

After the first mouse-over, they highlight, but do not return to normal when the \
pointer leaves the icon.

It's not clear whether the hidden files' icons are meant to be highlighted \
permanently like windows' Explorer, or if icon highlighting is not operating  \
correctly.
