Hi!
Activating the sidabar with 2 views open activates the sync for both (all) 
views.  IMHO displaying the sidebar should only activate the sync  for the 
current view. This would also be consistent with first activating the sidebar 
and then selecting a second view which is NOT synced automaticaly.
