Dear KDE 2.1:

You can run only ONE instance of Netscape 4.76 at a time in KDE 2.1. Same for \
Mozilla. If you try to run a second instance, KDE 2.1 closes the first instance. KDE \
2.1 thus cripples the user's options in using Netscape or Mozilla. You are never \
allowed more than one instance at a time. I think this is very critical. It may also \
affect other non-KDE (or even KDE) applications.
