Not only is it annoying to have A4 be the default paper size but it is also unnerving \
that when choosing Letter, it still prints off the page to the right.  This one was \
said to be a QT problem when I submitted this in 2.0 and that it was fixed in the \
next release.  Well, this is the next release and it still isn't fixed.  Thanks.
