Not only is it annoying to have A4 be the default paper size but it is also unnerving that when choosing Letter, it still prints off the page to the right.  This one was said to be a QT problem when I submitted this in 2.0 and that it was fixed in the next release.  Well, this is the next release and it still isn't fixed.  Thanks.
