This is because your user agent is too "old."  If you use something
like this:

Mozilla/4.7 (compatible; Konqueror/1.94 Beta >= 20000918mdk; X11)

then the page should work.

Ironically, if you actually get to the page, then it tells you how to
fix the problem (it requires Netscape 4.06 or better... our default
user agent is set to 4.0).. but if you have the problem, you can't get
to the page.  hehe.
