Hyperlinks are treated as plain text when there is a non-global stylesheet around them.

a { properties }

works fine, but with

#header a { properties }

the hyperlinks stop working.

An example can be found on http://beta.capsi.com/
The hyperlink on the logo as well as in the body work, but those in the sidebar do not work.
(page validates as error-free HTML/CSS)
