Subject: Bug#5701: half-finished file remains when file move is aborted

Package: kioslave
Version: 1.91 (Kleopatra)
Severity: normal

Summary:
This applies when files are moved in such a way that copy-and-delete is the used
implementation. For example, when files are moved from one partition to another.
When the file move is aborted, the partially finished destination file is not
removed.

Scenario:
- open directory /home/mth/mp3 in Konqueror window (1)
- open directory /export/mp3 in Konqueror window (2)
(/home and /export are located on different partitions)
- drag and drop some files from (1) to (2) and select "move"
- when the move is still busy, click "abort"

Problem:
The file that was being moved at the moment "abort" was selected, will be
present in both the source directory (1) and the destination (2) directory. The
version in the source directory is OK, but the version in the destination
directory is only a partial file and therefore broken.

Solution:
Remove the partially copied file in the destination directory.
