Sorry :))  I did a send before I finished my thought/question.  kio_http does
not implement any of the HTTP 1.1 Cache control scheme (
Etags/if-modified/last-modified )  Can we add this functionality later on ?? I
know it is probably not done for privacy issues as it brings more problems than
cookies.  Anyway,  I thought we could perhaps make this optional and have it
off by default and whoever wants to use it can.  Anyways, I have yet to look at
the cache code so all of this is just an idea...
