crashing konqueror brings down all other konqueror processes. 
crashing kioslave brings down everything connected to that kdeinit instance. 
(i.e. my testkhtml). 

the message is something like "ICE IO error handler fatal exit". 

I didn't do any modifications to the crash handler.
