Hi,

I don't know about the real question
(well I think I'd stick to the language chosen for KDE,
in fact the 3 ones - see kcmlocale)
but I know about this one :

cvs co -l kde-i18n
cvs co -l kde-i18n/fr

(to avoid checking out all of kde-i18n...)
