If a web page contains &#9; inside <font face>, the page will be very wide even
if there are no images in it. This requires using the horizontal scrollbar and
is annoying. Such documents are commonly made by saving as HTML in MS Word,
e.g. http://w3.arizona.edu/~unite/unite/activity/als/standards/stds-32097.html .
