Well he is right.  It should have been kB/s.  Otherwise we are downloading at a
snails pace :)  I have not checked the code in konqueror ( actually kio now I
guess ) yet but it should be fixed in there.  I believe it is one of those small
oversites.  The calculaion was done correctly, but someone forgot that there is
a distinction b/n kB & kb ...
