Maybe it should read "list Applications..." or sth like that. I was confused
several times because I wanted to have this mentioned filedialog (for
applications _not_ in path) and thought it would give it to me.
Another solution would be a "others" button in the dialog showing the
"installed" application. IMHO the "open with" dialog could right away come up
in the large state with the treeview and the "browser" button could then be
substituted with the "others" button which opens a filedialog.
