Hiya,

I thought some changes were made to delete this stuff but my /tmp still
gets filled up with this cruft. What are these files used for? Who
makes them? Who is supposed to clean them up?

 can you make clean programs :

Is there any way to stop KDE apps to fill in my /tmp directory  with 
lot of files of 0 bytes size 

files name look like : 
kio_xxxx....
kfm_xxxx_
