Hiya,

I don't think it is very imporrtant to have the application name in this case since 
you popup the dialog yourself. When the application pops up the dialog you need
the name since a zillion applications could have popped up this dialog.

Having a descriptive title is more important in this case. I'll look at the patch shortly.
