Yes, the mailer supplies the view for technical reasons. But to the user
it 
is like konqueror does this. Just like netscape can show quicktime
movies.
Technically netscape can't: it needs a plugin to do it. But a user will
perceive it as netscape who is playing the movie.

It would actually be interesting to be able to support the netscape
plugin
API in konqueror as well. Didn't have the Trolls something for this?

Wow, if we manage to implement all this we really have a killer desktop.
