Making something configurable means avoiding a solution! No user should ever 
bother with something this trivial!

If CTRL and SHIFT are already taken use both together or ALT (if it is not 
handled by kwin already?).

BTW, could someone maybe add CTRL + and CTRL - as default shortcuts for 
zooming? This is what all other browsers use for zooming and at the moment 
zooming does not have a default keyboard short cut (which will be used by 
more people than the obscure wheel mouse with modifier stuff).
