Making something configurable means avoiding a solution! No user should ever bother with something this trivial! If CTRL and SHIFT are already taken use both together or ALT (if it is not handled by kwin already?). BTW, could someone maybe add CTRL + and CTRL - as default shortcuts for zooming?
