Thats a combined Qt / khtml bug (Qt bug because QScrollbar doesn't set the 
cursor it wants and khtml bug because it sets the cursor on the QTextEdit 
instead of just the viewport of the QTextEdit). Its sort of difficult to fix 
in khtml though.
