Thats a combined Qt / khtml bug (Qt bug because QScrollbar doesn't set the=
=20
cursor it wants and khtml bug because it sets the cursor on the QTextEdit=
=20
instead of just the viewport of the QTextEdit). Its sort of difficult to fi=
x=20
in khtml though.=20
