Dear list,

Re: new documentation added to kio error handling this weekend

I have been reminded that translations go out with beta releases, and my
having committed many additional strings to translate has put an unneccesary
burden on the translators. I have found a workaround for this:

*** For now, translations are _not required_ for these new strings - a list of
these is attached ***

These strings have not been removed, so if you have translated them it was not
in vain, they will be reenabled for the final release.

A list of these strings has been attached. They are all to do with error
messages, and were defined in kdelibs/kio/kio/global.cpp (I don't know if it
helps you or not)

I have accomplished this by defaulting to the old error system where the
language is other than english. Once beta 2 is out, the system will go back
to normal.

I sincerely apologise for my error, I was under the impression that
translations only have to be finalised for final releases.

Regards,

Hamish
