KActionMenu already has insert(KAction *). And KActionMenu is an action
so in terms of API it doesn't make much sense to have both.

Doesn't insert(KAction*) work for kactionmenus? It calls plug, which inserts
the whole popupmenu, for action menus, doesn't it ?

-> I don't see the need for this, it seems to me that insert(KAction *) does it all already.
