If you mean the CSS tests that are on the W3 website, then Konq will most
likely fail. Unless something changed recently in KHTML regarding CSS.
The problem is at least the word- and letter-spacing, first-line and
first-letter, small-caps, justify. I know that justify is optional and is
allowed to be rendered as "left", which konq does. I am not that sure that
the others are optional, though.
But Dirk or Lars can probably give you the answer here, or you could try the
test suite yourself.
