Deleting a file in a git controlled project with local modifications is not
possible, because git needs a force flag to do that.

/home/alexander/www/foo> git rm -r -- 
/home/alexander/www/foo/components/DeliveryTimes/Component.tpl
error: 'components/DeliveryTimes/Component.tpl' has local modifications
(use --cached to keep the file, or -f to force removal)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open git controlled project
2. modify existing file
3. try to delete it
Actual Results:  
delete fails

Expected Results:  
file gets deleted
