vi mode isn't particularly productive because its not very close to vi in many
respects. In any case I gave it a chance for awhile, but cant recommend it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
run the program in vi input mode


Expected Results:  
expected that the developers might find that it is easier to just run a vi
window inside of kdevelop? Maybe I dont understand the issues.
