isset is not a PHP function (it's a statement like print and echo), hence you
won't be able to "show uses" there?

Secondly I fixed a bug in this regard for KDevelop 4.1 and I just tried it with
"define" where it worked like a charm for me. So please try out KDevelop 4.1
and reopen if it still does not work.
