Well, it is a statement not function. You are right.
Since 4.1.0 isset() is handled (there is no codebrowser popup).

But try 'show uses' on:
- var_dump()
- preg_match()
- ob_end_flush()
- is_array()
- methods in an iterator interface implementation
- strtolower()
- PHP constants

They will make KDevelop freeze, too.
