The second screenshot shows that lots of kdevelop plugins are missing. Also the
output says that KDevelop/Plugin is not known to the kde4 service architecture.
So it seems you didn't fully follow the instructions on our "howto compile
kdevelop4" page
(http://www.kdevelop.org/mediawiki/index.php/KDevelop_4/compiling). In
particular you either didn't set the KDEDIRS environment variable to
/usr+wherever you installed kdevplatform/kdevelop to or you didn't run
kbuildsycoca4 after setting the variable.
