That depends on what you mean with "development version". The real "development \
version" is KDevelop4 and that one doesn't have a framework yet for running or \
debugging applications. But we do also fix bugs in KDevelop3 under the svn url: \
anonsvn://svn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/kdevelop/3.5, the next version of that \
kdevelop3 branch will be released soon, but if enough bugfixes pile up we will do \
another one. The 3.5 version is the same as 3.4.x wrt. to the debugger stuff.
