What exactly do you want to obtain? Building with debug&release should build debug \
_and_ release, else something is wrong with your project or your Qt.

Seriously, all that QM does is add debug_and_release to the .pro file and remove \
release and/or debug if it is active in the .pro file (it can be active by having Qt \
compiled in debug, release or debug_and_release mode). Nothing else happens and that \
happens for any value of CONFIG.
