Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

in Debian, 

most of the .devhelp file is installed as .devhelp.gz, 
and 
  Kdevelop don't support .devhelp.gz,
and 
  in .devhelp file, the path is a relative path,
  so it's no use for normal user to gunzip the .devhelp.gz under his home \
directory and
  if normal user copy the html files and .devhelp.gz to their home \
directory and gunzip the devhelp file,  it will waste much disk space and \
can't update automaticly. so 
  I wish KDevelop can support .devhelp.gz format and other compressed \
.devhelp file formats.
