Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages

in Debian, 

most of the .devhelp file is installed as .devhelp.gz, 
and 
  Kdevelop don't support .devhelp.gz,
and 
  in .devhelp file, the path is a relative path,
  so it's no use for normal user to gunzip the .devhelp.gz under his home directory
and
  if normal user copy the html files and .devhelp.gz to their home directory and gunzip the devhelp file,
  it will waste much disk space and can't update automaticly.
so 
  I wish KDevelop can support .devhelp.gz format and other compressed .devhelp file formats.
