It would be nice if one could configure the cvsservice ChangeLog entry generator to \
start lines with something other than \t.  On my project we use spaces instead of \
tabs, so it would clutter the ChangeLog to have tabs in it.

ChangeLogEntry::addToLog() has a startLineString parameter which can be used for \
this.  It's just that CvsServicePartImpl::commit() would need to get this from \
somewhere configurable and send it in.
