While working with the QMake Manager in 3.2 beta 1 (or CVS of the month or so up to \
it) make sure that when you add files, that are already in the project directory, to \
the project, that you do so with the option in the file dialog set to "Add Relative \
Path(s)" and NOT "Copy File(s)". In the latter case the source and destination paths \
will be the same and the files will overwrite themselves.
