While working with the QMake Manager in 3.2 beta 1 (or CVS of the month or \
so up to it) make sure that when you add files, that are already in the \
project directory, to the project, that you do so with the option in the \
file dialog set to "Add Relative Path(s)" and NOT "Copy File(s)". In the \
latter case the source and destination paths will be the same and the files \
will overwrite themselves.
