Kdevelop is missing some menu entries from the Tools menu in qt designer. Only \
Pointer, Connect, Tab Order and Buddy are shown. All entries for the widgets and \
configure toolbox are missing. This makes it impossible to define new signals and \
slots for custom widgets without using qt designer.
