Yes, there is. First you have to choose "Show always" for the "Message 
Structure Viewer" under Appearance/Layout in KMail's configuration 
dialog.

Now you can select the actual text of the message in the "message 
structure viewer", i.e. in the pane below the message preview pane, and 
select Save As from the context (right-click) menu.

In Marc's message (and my message) you would save the "internal part" 
and in your message you don't have that much choice. :-)
