Is your wife's Outlook 2003 connected to an Exchange server, or is she using 
Internet mail (POP3 or  IMAP)? If it is an Exchange server, which version? 
You can find the Exchange server version in Outlook Web Access on the server's 
web site (https://www.mailserver.com/exchange), if it's enabled on the 
server, by clicking 'Help', then 'Outlook Web Access', and then 'About 
Outlook Web Access'.
