Hello everyone!

I have had merged my KDE settings during the routine system upgrade by mere
copying $HOME/.kde/* directory into its path. This had included also KMail
$HOME/Mail directory as well as the rest configuration files in
$HOME/.kde/share/*/*/* directories.

I have one identity displayed in the Settings -> Configure KMail.
I used to work with three different mailboxes at different servers. I stopped
using all but two at GMail service. In the Accounts settings I have two
incoming accounts for each mail-box and two outgoing accounts each assigned
accordingly and properly to the corresponding mail-box.

Now, when I compose a new message in KMail and chose View -> Mailtransport
menu entry I can see those two previously deleted Incoming/Outgoing Accounts
for my abandoned mail-boxes.

The question is: how do I delete those outdated entries properly?

Thank you so much in advance for your time and effort.
