My kmail, which I have been using for over a year, now will not show 
the text of emails.  I can see the email folder list, the 
individual emails are properly listed, but, when I click on the 
email to see the entire message all I get is a blank screen. 
I have been trying all the different settings that I can find in the 
settings menu.  I have upgraded and reinstalled mandrake 2006, I 
have uninstalled and reinstalled kmail and kdepim.  but the problem 
seems to be embedded in my user file.

Has anyone had similar experience?  What repair was successful?
I do not have geek status in Linux so I may need more rather than 
less instruction.
