Hi,
I have now successfully set Kontact up with my LDAP address book. Lookups work
perfectly, as does editing my own entry in the addressbook.
My problem is when I try to edit any other entries in the addressbook, Kontact
errors out with: No write access to parent.

I have set LDAP up with an OU for the address book:
ou=Contacts, dc=nosotros.dk

An entry will then be:
mail=example@domain.com,ou=Contacts, dc=nosotros.dk

My slapd acl is:

access to dn.subtree="ou=Contacts,dc=nosotros.dk"
by users	write
by *		none

access to *
by self	write
by users	read
by *		none

This works if I use an LDAP browser to make the changes, but for some reason
Kontact seems to need more access.

What am I doing wrong?

Best regards
Lars Althof
