I have two Kubuntu machines running KDE 3.5.3. I use KMail and Kontact 
on both of them.

My work machine was a clean install, and when I get new messages in 
KMail, I no longer have the two weird question marks next to every 
message before I view it.

However, on my home system, I moved .kde to old.kde, installed Kubuntu, 
fired up KDE, and moved my old Kmail config files to the config dir, 
and moved all my folders to the new KMail dir (~/.kde/apps/kmail/mail), 
indexes and all.  On this home system, all new mail still has the 
double question mark (see attached image for example).

Is there a config setting that came with the old config file that I need 
to change? Is this an FAQ? :)
