No. You can get some debug messages if your KDE is compiled with debug
information, but that's highly unlikely unless you compiled KDE
yourself.
Anyway, if an error occurs when sending a message then you'll get an
error message. Conversely, if you don't get an error message then this
usually means that no error occurred.
