Probably, yes. I didn't know that it's possible to add a resource twice. But 
that would cause the duplication of todos (does it also happen with events?). 
You probably won't need two identical resources.
I bet it's safe to remove one from the list. Open the Resource View at the 
left bottom of the KOrganizer window (enable with Settings, Sidebar, Resource 
View).
