Looks like your gcc is misconfigured - crt1.o is one of the executable
startup files. I have, for instance,

/usr/local/gnu/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-sun-solaris2.8/3.2.2/sparcv9/crt1.o
/usr/local/gnu/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-sun-solaris2.8/3.2.2/crt1.o

You might try find / -name crt1.o to see where it's hanging out for you.
